TRAINER:
Miranda Train – Access Training & Development
Miranda began her working career in Human Resources and early in her career, chose to branch out into training which has become her passion. Miranda works with Trainyoucan (Pty) Ltd to encourage learners to complete their Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practitioners (ODETDP) certificate and is thus involved in training all the unit standards required for this certificate which enables others to also go out and train in their specific field as there is no such thing as too much training!
OVERVIEW
Standardise the communication within your company by improving the level and effectiveness of communication for all your employees.
Effective communication in a company includes all social media platforms and formal letters or e-mails.
Encourage employees to read the communication as though they are receiving the message so that the perception of the company is portrayed in the correct way.
Companies need to standardize the layout of all correspondence so that all communication looks professional.
Terminology and the correct use of English go a long way to making a good impression and all correspondence must be easy to read. A simple use of correct spacing improves the readability and this in turn will make for quick and easy interpretation and action. The writer will be able to identify and collect appropriate information for use in their written and verbal communication. The audience and function must be assessed, and appropriate language selected in order to reach a specific audience.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All employees who are required to communicate with clients or customers or communicate internally.
Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
