ABOUT THE TRAINER

Pravashnee has a Bachelor of Social Science Honours specialising in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Industrial Relations. She is an HR Consultant at NKR. She has 26 years HR generalist work experience and comprehensive experience working in Performance Management, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, compensation and compliance, payroll, talent management, change management, occupational health and safety, succession planning and strategic HR management. She has worked both in the private and public sectors. Pravashnee loves what she does because being an HR professional is all about being a catalyst for change, continuous improvement and continuous learning.

The main focus of this training is on people related policies and systems, change in the organisation and industrial relations such as recruitment, talent management, employee development, motivation, employee benefits, training and development, compliance, workplace safety and compensation.
