Rose has a background in industrial engineering, having spent 25+ years in various industry and public sectors. 10+ years supporting academia during that period and helping 100+ organisations in Africa, UK, Middle East and India in leading meaningful change. As a full member of IEMA and Chartered Environmentalist, she is committed to using her skills for good, connecting sustainable strategies with on-the-ground action for a prosperous future.

Rose has had an interesting journey, from getting her hands dirty as a young production operator to engineer, international consultant, learning and development leader, writer, entrepreneur, CEO and now educator and advisor.

As Head of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Buckingham, Rose is working to bring Lean, Sustainability and Digital thinking together for whole-enterprise change - helping develop human potential to solve problems that matter.

Eleni Kwinana has a keen passion for finding digital solutions that address real life challenges. She is a firm believer that Africa’s future is dependent on capitalising on the 4th Industrial Revolution which will propel the continent forward and create jobs and ecosystems that did not exists before, but are beneficial in society as a whole. She has held various management and executive roles in SPAR Group, Clicks- Musica, Dimension Data and Pure Pharmacy Holdings & Vodacom. She has applied learnings from her qualifications in Psychology and franchise business management amongst others in her roles and has a deep passion for people and enterprise development. She was awarded the KwaZulu-Natal Standard Bank Top Business Women in 2019. She is the current Chairwoman of SmartXchange

Dr Manley has led his own consultancy since 1988 specialising in the areas of Strategy, Leadership and Transformation. Having developed a number of new processes that have been shown to be highly effective, he consults internationally to large businesses, key governmental departments, FBOs and NGOs. Practically this involves facilitating high level processes, leading and speaking at seminars and conferences, or conducting tutorials.

Mark has consulted internationally and his skills are continually sought after in challenging situations. He has worked in over 15 countries in Africa, as well as a number in Europe and North America.

Dr Daryl Powell is an adjunct professor at the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He is also Chief Scientist and Research Manager at SINTEF Manufacturing, and a visiting professor at the University of Bergamo in Italy. With more than 15 years of experience in studying and guiding lean transformations, he was also recently awarded the honorary title of Professor of Practice in Lean Manufacturing at the University of Wales Trinity St. David, in Swansea, UK.

Dr Powell's research focusses on lean manufacturing, action learning, and digitalization. He has more than 100 publications and over 1500 citations, and is the proud recipient of both the Shingo Research Award (for the Routledge Companion to Lean Management), and the Shingo Publication Award (for the Lean Sensei). His research results have been published in leading academic journals such as the International Journal of Operations and Production Management, the International Journal of Production Research, and the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma.

Mike Stopforth is an unconventional thinker with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of digital, business management, organisational change and leadership.

Mike is the founder of consulting firm Beyond Binary, co-founder of social media crisis consultancy 48HOURS, a keynote speaker, and podcast host. Prior to this work Mike built Cerebra into Africa's leading social media agency, selling it to WPP in 2013. Before that he co-founded Afrigator, an aggregator for African content creators, selling it to Naspers in 2008. He is an expert communicator and facilitator passionate about exploring ideas and building value at the intersection of leadership, technology, and impact.

He is a talented speaker who consistently ranks as the top speaker at conferences for good reason – he is knowledgeable, entertaining, and always gives the audience deep insight into social media, marketing, entrepreneurship, and digital disruption trends.
