    Training Leadership Consulting

    Sarah Giles is TLC’s Business Development Manager and facilitator. She holds a BCom in Marketing & Media with over 17 years’ experience. She liaises with TLC’s top corporate clients and facilitates TLC’s Customer Experience Management programmes as well as short business skills courses and change management solutions. Sarah’s experience spans clients from small businesses to multinationals, across multiple industry sectors. She is inspired to ‘see the world’ through the eyes of customers and leaders and shares her insights on interpersonal skills in the workshops she facilitates.
