ABOUT THE TRAINER
Nic is a Director at NKR Outsourced HR and the Principal at Aldes Prestige. He is a Labour Relations, HR, and People Management expert, a seasoned negotiator and training facilitator, as well as an experienced business strategist. He has in excess of 25 years' experience in South African business and has also served in many leadership roles, including Executive Director of SACMA, Board Member of the KZN CTC and part-time CCMA Commissioner.
This training is aimed at unpacking the importance of consistent measurement and evaluation of employee performance in relation to their Key Performance Areas.
The training will identify the significance of outlining goals, objectives and appropriate outcomes. It will practically illustrate the tools to appraise performance, dos and don'ts for the appraisal session, examples of appraisal policy, consequence management and much more.
