Richard founded BizGro in 2015, after many years with Bidvest/Bidfood, occupying senior positions, culminating in launching Bidfood Sales Training Academy. BizGro supports clients to craft winning sales strategies, developing sales team skills and assisting companies develop sustainable sales growth.
