    NKR HR Consultant, Pravashnee has a Bachelor of Social Science Honours specialising in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Industrial Relations. She has 26 years HR generalist work experience and comprehensive experience working in performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, compensation and compliance, payroll, talent management, change management, occupational health and safety, succession planning and strategic HR management. She has worked both in the private and public sectors.
